KNITTING
The very latest Circular Knitting Machines of “Pailung” and “German Terrot” are engaged in the production floor of knitted fabrics starting from the basic jersey, pique. auto stripes, pointelle to the trendiest jacquards and textured knits of all kinds.

SOFTFLOW DYEING
Our Dyeing plant – Colorzfix has the latest Soft flow machines for the fabric dyeing to achieve the colour unanimity and feel. The plant capacity at present is 3 tons with future expansion on the anvil. Eco friendly dyes used in our plants ensures social accountability and fully supported by the modern lab.

COMPACTING
The fabric finishing consists of Compaction with a capacity of 4 tonnes. The washed and laundered cloth is sent through “Tube-tex” USA compacting machine to control shrinkage. All processed fabric is pre-shrunk, so that the garments always retain shape.

PRINTING
According to the requirements of printing, the cloth is processed for various colours, designs, qualities and other specifications.
Fully automated multi-colour rotary printing with a capacity of 8 tons is engaged for all pigment, reactive & discharge prints.
Placed printings with a capacity of 3000 pieces are engaged for all pigment, non-pvc, foam, high density & foil prints.

ELASTIC MANUFACTURING
resourzburg is specialized in manufacturing Elastics, Satins, 100% Melange, Jacquards, Laces, in different colours and sizes according to the clients specifications. resourzburg is technically fulfilled with latest computers with Pattern Making Software to produce huge combinations of Elastics Tapes with variety of colours and designs according to the customer’s specification.

CUTTING
Our fully automatic cutting machine with auto CAD hekp us to do complicated designs with accurate cutting-edge technology.
Band Knife Cutting machine used to cutt sharp edges for baby wears and kids wears.

STITCHING
The total capacity of all our sewing facilities is around 400,000 pieces per month in scale of basic t-shirt and needless to say we have all the high-tech machines – PEGASUS, BROTHER and JUKI on two premises.

CHECKING
Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. All garments are 100% checked before packing. In the checking section the pieces are properly checked by efficient people.

IRONING
Automated ironing lines work in tandem to ensure smooth ironing of all the products. This line also serves as a final quality checkpoint before the products are packed.

PACKING
We buy our packing materials from leading suppliers and professional providers. We use Oeko Tex certified labels and tags produced from the certified suppliers.
